From the moment we first started to think about buying a new caravan and we were 'just looking' Mon Caravans were absolutely wonderful. They treated us with the utmost attention and friendliness. Every single person we came into contact with gave us firstclass treatment - from the owner, Delwyn, to the person on the phone taking our eventual payment. In particular Rhian helped us choose our 'dream home'. She knew exactly what would suit our needs. Our new van is now in situ and it is absolutely perfect. Obviously it is a considerable sum of money to part with but Mon understand that totally. Rhian was totally patient and understanding when we couldnt decide and changed our minds several times and guided us all of the way. We are so very grateful for that.

The caravan arrived exactly when Rhian said it would. Infact, she met us there on that very day and joined in our celebrations. On the day of our handover we were met by John. It was 13th March and absolutely freezing. He had already entered the van and checked the appliances and had actually put the heating on for us! We couldnt believe the service and what a lovely, friendly man.

I absolutely would recommend Mon to anyone and everyone. Having looked at prices on the internet and other sites selling vans we think we got a good, fair deal and we are extremely happy with our purchase. Our new home is absolutely beautiful.

We bought our first "preloved" static caravan from Delwyn at Mon Caravans way back in 1982. We have been back to buy new caravans on 3 separate occasions over the intervening years (never going anywhere else) including most recently in 2019 when we purchased a new ABI "supervan".

Its a big (and expensive) decision selecting a new caravan or lodge.

Mon Caravans have always provided great help and advice in selecting our new caravans and superb installation and after sales service and support. And its lovely to now find that Mon Caravans has truly become a family business as Delwyn has introduced his son and daughters in to the family firm and they have inherited the cheerful disposition and commitment to customer care that Delwyn has always delivered.

Mon caravans have been amazing from start to finish. Rhian was so helpful, from helping us complete novices choose the right caravan for our family through to getting everything ordered and sited. The communication from Rhian throughout the process was exceptional which gave us real piece of mind. The moment we walked into their show ground we knew they were going to be great, massive selection of caravans and no sales pressure, just lots of really useful advice.
